About Us

Meet Aryan Faezi Founder & Director

When Aryan Faezi sits at the piano, he doesn't just see 88 keys—he sees 88 possibilities for every student who walks through his door. His journey to founding the Faezi Piano Academy began at age seven, when he first placed his hands on the piano keys and discovered a lifelong passion that would shape not only his future, but the futures of hundreds of students.

From Chaos to Clarity

The Making of a Master Aryan's Musical Journey

Aryan's musical education reads like a masterclass in perseverance and excellence. His first teacher, Persian film composer Saaed Shahram, taught him that technique without emotion is merely noise—that true artistry flows from the heart. Under the rigorous guidance of Royal Conservatory professor Farad Soltani, he mastered the intricate architecture of music theory through a demanding two-year program. Concert pianist Mark Salman refined his technique to professional standards, transforming raw talent into polished performance over three intensive years of study.

Yet despite learning from these world-class mentors, Aryan found himself constantly searching for the next piece of his musical education, bouncing between instructors and institutions. This fragmented experience—though it ultimately made him a stronger musician—sparked a revolutionary idea: What if students could find everything they needed under one roof?

Where Vision Meets Reality

From Restaurant Stage to Teaching Revolution

This vision came into sharp focus during his time as the resident pianist at Maggiano's in downtown Bellevue, where he performed four hours nightly, developing his signature improvisational style and learning to connect with audiences in real-time. It was here, creating personalized compositions for diners and earning appearances on local radio, that Aryan understood the power of complete musicianship—not just technical skill, but the ability to move hearts and create moments.

From Student to Master Teacher

Eight Years of Proven Teaching Excellence

At just 13, Aryan began teaching his first students, earning his teaching diploma from the American College of Musicians. Now, with eight years of teaching experience and hundreds of students later, he brings a unique perspective to music education: the wisdom of someone who's navigated every step of the journey, from those first tentative scales to commanding professional performances.

The Faezi Piano Academy stands as the culmination of this journey—a place where students develop not just as pianists, but as complete musicians. Our comprehensive curriculum weaves together technical mastery, music theory, composition, and real-world performance skills. Whether a student dreams of performing Chopin in concert halls or jazz standards in intimate venues, they'll develop the versatility and confidence to excel anywhere.

Where Standards Matter Most

A Mission Beyond Music Education

What truly sets the academy apart is our uncompromising commitment to excellence. While other institutions lower their standards, we maintain rigorous examination criteria administered by respected concert pianists like Mark Salman. Our students earn certificates that carry real weight—from high school art credits to college applications—because they've been tested by the highest standards in music education.

For Aryan, the Faezi Piano Academy represents more than a business—it's a mission to ensure no student has to piece together their musical education the way he did. Here, under one roof, students find mentorship, challenge, and transformation. They discover not just how to play music, but how to live it.

My goal is simple

“When my students sit at any piano, anywhere in the world, they should feel completely at home. They should have the skills, the confidence, and the artistry to make music that matters.”
